Combat Sports
Whether you’re stepping into the ring, the cage, or onto the mat, you need a therapist who understands the grit, discipline, and pace of your sport. As a lifelong martial artist and certified strength coach, I’ve worked with fighters at all levels, from amateurs to seasoned pros. I combine hands-on therapy, sport-specific rehab, and performance conditioning to keep you sharp, resilient, and ready for your next fight—without losing sight of the long game for your body.
Lifelong Martial Artist
From my early days training karate at the local YMCA to training alongside past, current, and future champions at world-class gyms, I’ve lived and breathed martial arts for most of my life. My personal practice, especially in Muay Thai—the art of eight limbs—has given me deep respect and firsthand knowledge of the demands of combat sports.
Understanding the Grind
I’ve studied some of the best fighters in existence, learning their movements, techniques, and fight styles. I know the toll that consistent training, sparring, and competition takes on the body—both the chronic wear-and-tear and the acute injuries that can suddenly derail progress.
Fight Camp & Competition Prep
I understand what it takes to prepare for a fight camp and the unique pressures leading into competition. My approach helps athletes manage injuries, train smart during recovery, and still show up ready for fight night with confidence.
Injury-Specific Care
Combat sports athletes face unique injuries to the hands, shoulders, hips, knees, and beyond. I specialize in helping fighters return to training and competition safely, with the right intensity, and without compromising their performance or longevity in the sport.
